These IRS-1D LISS-III images show an area around Abrantes on the River Tagus (Tejo) in central Portugal. The image on the left was acquired on 29-Jul-2002. The acquisition on the right is from 8-Aug-2003 when forest fires were still burning. The area shown in the sample is approx. 70 km x 100 km.
